Lessons are charged on an hourly rate. Quotes available upon request by contacting Heidi.

Standard voice lessons are 50 minutes in length in order to allow time for greetings, payment, good-byes, etc.

Payment is due at the lesson in either cash or check.

Lessons will begin at the time of the appointment. If you are late, the time will not be made up. If I begin the lesson late, I will make up the time.

24 hours notice is required to cancel a lesson or the student will be charged for the lesson.

Students should cancel only if they are in the extreme part of the illness (true laryngitis, fever, thick and/or loose congestion, nausea, diarrhea). Sore throats, some congestion and the general fatigue of illness are not good reasons for canceling a lesson.
